How to play
It takes a minute to learn and a lifetime to stop losing to the Hard computer.
Take turns
Players alternate placing an X or an O in an empty square of the 3 × 3 board. X opens the first round.
Line up three
Three of your marks in a row, column or diagonal wins the round.
Or draw
If all nine squares fill up with no line of three, it's a draw. Next round, the other player starts.
Keep going
Scores add up across rounds. Play a best-of-five, or just keep going.
